Determined to make a difference, she founded Urban Core—a construction company built on the belief that the industry can be better. Her mission is to create a more inclusive, transparent, and sustainable construction culture. One that’s welcoming to both men and women, safe for all, and driven by purpose. Because the industry doesn’t just need change—it deserves it.
